Iām laser-focused on community building, engagement and retention, and I help clients achieve their goals as well as meet the needs of the members.
A vibrant community is the backbone of any successful business, and one of the things that stand out for me, is the ability to convert mere members into supporters and potential investors.
As a community management professional it is my duty to create effective strategies that meet the needs of the community members as well as achieve the goals of the company.
I love building communities to foster growth, increase users, potential investors and supporters of a product. What excites me most during the process of building and nurturing communities, is creating impact either through the product or inclusivity in the community.
The problems I aim to solve are low engagement, retention issues, lack of clear value and direction, poor communication and mismanagement.
My journey into the community management niche was as a result of wanting to create impact through geniune connection and interaction.
Started my journey by managing a group of Web3 social media managers, after that worked with other Web3 based projects such as, Nebula_q (a decentralized exchange), Nerwo (a Web3 freelancing platform).
Some of the challenges I overcame,were lack of participation, inactiveness, failure to give feedbacks when asked.
Over time I have grown to the point where I can manage people more effectively, host call sessions, AMAs as well as twitter spaces.
